Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Nuqvo Inc. (“Nuqvo”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

1108 - 250 Consumers Road, #191, North York, ON M2J 4V6, Canada
Email: [email protected]

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, and a small amount of technical data that every website receives.

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, the project type you select and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This website does not have user accounts, does not run advertising, and does not use analytics or tracking cookies of its own.

3. How we use it

  • To read and reply to your inquiry, and to discuss a possible project with you.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

4. Service providers

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent from your browser to Formspree, a third-party form service that forwards it to our inbox. That provider, and Cloudflare for hosting, may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, and their handling is also subject to their own policies. We share your information with them only to operate the website and receive your inquiry.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security and performance.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We then delete them or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent to our use of it.

To make a request, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through the contact form.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
